Commercial Tax Dept. Corrupted
We have been into business since years and have been paying tax and my competitors have not been been paying tax since 5years by paying tax when i approached commercial tax Dept. in Hyd and sent repeated mails to IAS Officers Related to Commercial tax departments regarding this there hasn't been much use as they have not paying attention and are taking bribe from my competitors and not collecting tax Please Help me is there anything you could do. Although we pay taxes promptly they keep bugging us as we don't pay them any bribe please help as they are evading around Rs.2,00,00,000 Commercial tax annually thereby profiting and we are losing our business so please help we are not able to compete in price because of the tax profit which they are diverting to customers.
