Computer Operator ask for bribe, but i didnot pay so delay in getting certificate
The Computer Operator at the Birth & death certificate registration department in Badamdi baug, Baroda, Gujarat India asked me to pay extra Rs.50/- for the copy of death certificate if I want the copy in 2 days, other wise I have to wait for 30 days to get the death certificate copy. I choose the 2nd option of not to pay bribe.
