Corrupt judge. in kollam , Kerala
My brother was fighting a land grab case. The judge at the end of the argument, told the land grabber that my brother is having clear documents and it proves my brother was the real owner of the land. asked the land grabber to act accordingly. After making the observation the judge kept the case for judgement next week.
During this time the case has been transferred to another court of another judge and my brother was not given the opportunity to oppose it as my brothers advocate did not give him proper counseling. As the new judge called the case he given the judgement in favour of the land grabber.
I strongly believe there is bribe involved. And my brother's advocate also got bribe along with judge..
