Demand for bribe ,on refusal i got chrge sheet and then dimissal
I filed complaints against corrupt smo,who withheld my full pay without competence and compliance of rules,without notice and sanction of pb. govt.,without charge report and my receipt of my transfer order, without LPC and NDC,without any enquiry and payment of my subsistence.i filed my complaints to secretary health.enquiry ordered on my complaints--and 60 urgent complaints were included in the enquiry. but under corrupt conspiracy , all my copmlaints were declared as false , to save corrupt officers.i was charge sheeted -- all 4 charges fabricated without notice and rules.my reply not considered as no statement of findings given.enquiry turned against me thus ,was protracted for 4 yeras illegally and malafide, without my pay and subsistence even.i was dismissed in 1994 , in violation of all rules, facts, evidences,enquiry report 1993, and high court order 1996.health secretary filed his negative and malafide reply to high court under cover of the governor punjab to protect himself from contempt of high court.-high court order violated by secretary health punjab.even advice of PPSC, AND GOVERNOR was not taken ,nor communicated to me. i was dismissed in contempt of all rules , by corrupt chain of officers,-SMO,CMO, ADHS, SECRETARY. MY PETITIONS TO PRESIDENT also not considered till date by corrupt deptt. despite my latest reference to CMO, DIRECTOR, VIGILANCE BEAURO.. NO JUSTICE TILL DATE --awaited since 1990.please help me and my family to get justice from punjab health deptt. under redressal of grievances bill 2012-13. can you help?
