I am wanting to carry out research on various Agricultural processes, and find a solution to reduce dependence on Chemicals for Farming.
For the same purpose i bought a 1.5 acre land in Mandla (MP). Since i am wanting to work genuinely for Country's benefit i Purchased the Stamps for Full amount of Land Price. Most Officials in the Registration department said that I should declare the Land price at half of actual amount, and save on Stamps cost.
However i paid the Full Amount by Cheque to the Seller, as well as Paid full stamp cost.
After one month, the registrar was not handing the Registry, so i went and met him, asking if there is any issue with the Registration documents. And he Flatly said that that i have not done anything for him and his team, and they are expecting something.
I was very furious, and shouted on him for his behaviour, and threatened him that i will call the Collector (whom i actually do NOT know, or have met). I just gave him an empty threat, and was shouting on him for his corruption behaviour in front of more than 10 other people and many officers.
Suddenly he would have realised that someone shouting on him, and threatening him with Collectors name, might get him in trouble. And he handed me the Documents without any more
questions.
My problem is that why do people first of all themselves strip Government treasury, if we are law abiding, then i feel we can actually stand in the offices of these Corrupt people and abuse them. and also go to higher officers. But if we ourselves are guilty, then we might have to grease their palms.
Lesson learnt is that Corruption is every where, Either a Dharna or Follow up with Senior officials will possibly solve the issue.
