Did not pay and still waiting for my License after 5 years
I went to change my paper license to card and paid all the fee and attached postage and evelope as requested to be sent back to me, but as i did not pay the bribe which others were doing at that time, i am still waiting on my license after 5 years , when chased they said they did not know where its gone but they can find it if i give them bribe, what a shame, sad to be living in a country which is all *******
