Did not pay for conversion from Leasehold to Freehold
I submitted the papers in DDA for conversion from Leasehold to Freehold. I did not talk on the counter even after hint and used the RTI after period mentioned was over. After RTI every thing was quick. I was told normally bribe paid is around Rs 15000 approx.
