Election Photo Id Card - New Delhi (Dwarka)
I registered myself and my wife in electoral rolls in 2009. While my wife received her EPI card, I was not that lucky. I called the Election Commission helpline and promptly got a reply. I visited their office near Dwarka and filled up a form. I was told a date and I collected it on that day. No bribe asked, none paid. In fact none of people there reported any such activity.
