For getting fixation of my revised pension from New Delhi Municipal Council.
I was retaired from New Delhi Municipal Council on 31.5.2007 from the post of Ex. Engineer Civil.On adoption of recomndation of 6th pay commission in by NDMC in 2009 i was entitled to get my revised pension as per revised pay bend and total amount was works out to around 6 lacks at that time.Inspite of writting to highest authorities of NDMC i could not get my legimate due to indeapth corruption prevailinf upon in NDMC and even my representations through e-mail/registered post was not acknowlede.Then i took the shelter of RTI act filed upon 6 RTI applications to get my dues and got success in getting my legimate dues around to Rs. 6 lacks.In the process one of the DY.SECY. got pennellised a penality of Rs. 25000/= fro CIC.
