To give certificate about 'Lost Vehicle RC'
They gave me certificate but asked me to pay Rs 200/- as formality(they term it as amount for TEA) in KPHB police station. I said I will not take the certificate, if I had to pay to take it. They asked me why not, every one else is giving, why do you want to play smart etc.
They finally gave with out taking money.
