Got the house title changed into my name without paying single rupee bribe.

I had completed the Khata transfer into my name without paying a single rupee extra. I was asked a bribe of Rs. 200/- for completion and 100/- for stamp, I made it clear that I am not interested to pay a single rupee as formality. I told the authority to take their sweet time to complete.
They took around 4 months, but they were left without any option other than completing my transfer. I finally got it.
