I am counseling psychologist and corporate trainer-have the privilege to work at universities-kakatiya university, Osmaniya university, King Abdul Aziz university, and was trained at administrative staff college of India, bellavista, NCERT, SCERT,NLP and TA.I have been awarded best soft skills trainer by Dr. Shashi tharoor in 20012 at New Delhi .I m senior citizen, enjoying excellent health, active life-counseling coaching training and social work.
I had been complaining about harassment by Mr. poornna chander who had burnt my construction material (which police covered up stating it was a routine cleaning measure-does he set fire on all the plots? what is his designation in p&t colony? If it is a Routine, How many times he cleans in a week? Why police is bent upon covering him up? What is the motive? So how many times in a year and how many plots are cleaned by him?)Secondly noise pollution –music, drumming, khawalli, whole day &night-complained no action. in spite of noise pollution board handed over GOMs 172 according to which police has to implement it that during day time 50 dB night 55dB,fter 10 no loudspeakers music first time written warning, second time fine third time imprisonment, but police didn’t implement.
Third complain is bout not filling FIR, INSPITE OF WRITTEN COMPLINS, EXCEPT WITH ORDERS FROM DCP CYBERBD, ACP RJENDR NGE DR.SRWESHWR Rao AS SUCH Criminal get bolder and continue crime. So I filed a case in human right commission, so police instead of enquiring into crime had leveled false, baseless, damaging, and defaming allegations as follows, which are violation of criminal law and procedures set to be followed by police s given under chapter II, RTI.
1. That i move suspiciously in the night-false, baseless, derogatory and defaming allegation.ACP is required to explain –who had observed, what do they mean by suspicious? Is it ever communicated to me before? What action taken by police?
2. Tht I “Keep awake late in the night”-who observed? What is your interest in knowing?
3uses torch on neighbor’s houses-who said? Submit report.
4. Neighbors objected-who?
5i complained about thieves visited my house? Never, give evidence
6blue colts –night patrolling –indifferent behavior-what is indifferent/ how did they see me/what did they see?
7locl people harassed—who complained -provide evidence
8locl shop provided material –I didn’t pay money-proof?
9i complained against army-false-proof?
10police and fire brigade put off flames-cleaning measure of -poorna chander and police are not blind –that they didn’t see furniture, iron beams, wood, electric material,
11resident said –I m mentally sick-who – proof? Any one can say? Without certificate from psychologist no one can say-proof-extremely damaging and defaming

13dughter and son in law didn’t like her attitude-proof .left her-prove it /–did they say- damaging
14. Control room stated that I lodge false complains that thieves had entered my house-I never complain proof? False allegation.

17i was warned (by whom) not to get involved in illegal activities what is illegal specify
18mentlly sick-without certificate from psychologist no one can say .specially police can’t say they re paid by us –taxes, to protect us what sort of protection is provided by them?
IT is clear by now that I had complained basically bout offences and criminal acts 1.Mr. Poorna chander had burnt my construction material 2. I had complained to police about noise pollution and chemical blasts-but in the human rights commission I was directed to noise pollution board, who had given me copy of GO Ms 172,according to which police is responsible to take action according to noise level zones, and number of times n offence is repeted.3. i had complained to higher authorities-ACP, DCP, COMMISSIONER CYBERBD,DIG training ,That in spite of my reminding to house officer P.S. Rajender nager no FIR is lodged, no action initiated as such criminals have become bolder,(he had spread false and damaging rumors that I don’t pay to labors I was also informed by inspector that he(poorna chander) had lodge false complain that I throw stones at the labors huts ,he got thrown garbage at my gate, his daughter shrieking and shouting while I teach /counsel)
I claim damages for defamation ---damaging----false----fabricated ----hurting, harming, senior citizen –ph.d.in educational psychology, principal of training college-foreign university, Awarded best soft skills trainer by Shashi Throor in new Delhi, recently Awarded Diploma in NLP, WEB DESINGNING
