I have entered into an agreement for purchasing a flat in Thubrahalli,
Bangalore after 1 week of booking the same flat. In the price breakup,
builder has mentioned everything clearly but they saying all figures
mentioned will be provided receipt of payment except 30000 which mentioned
as legal & document charges. This seems that the amount 30000 going to pass
under the table which I do not wish to pay & also I do not want to enter
into any trouble since I work in IT industry with very less time to handle
personal matters. I am expecting your suggestion on this regard to find a
solution for same. After all people like me must be experiencing same but
they have no alternate option to not pay this bribe.
