I resisted to pay a Bribe in the RTA Department
I had gone to the RTA for application of Learner's License for Light Motor Vehicles, and then i was mobbed by Middle Men/Brokers who would not leave me until i shouted at them, they wanted me to pay a Token Amount, and after paying thta i would just have to sit at a place and all the work would be done by these Brokers. But i resisted, and went on my own, but what do i realize, i see Brokers getting all the work done breaking lines, paying the extra amount they receive from their custonmers to the Administrative officers. And the fun part is that, this goes on in the Open, and nobody objects.
