Ignominy of a common tax payer - loss of proof of birth!
I lost the birth certificate of my son and applied for a duplicate following due process of law. 27th May 2011 is when my application was taken on record and we are yet to get the certificate. my son has been called three times in teh last three months and have been sent back without assigning reasons. he has been told "its in process". touts around teh office have told us that the babu wants money but we still havent paid. we need the certificate without which my son's passport can not be applied for.
