Information is wealth:-Need to go 5 times to get my katha transfer
Clerk at BBMP office at gottigere didn't gave me information that i need to pay to the government for the khatha transfer.
He took the document didn't even mention the document he received in the acknowledgement.
Then i told him to mention it and he did.
I went 3 times after that to collect but he said it is not done.
my uncle friend is an ARO in BBMP .My uncle friend told them to give based on the document .It didn't made any difference.
Finally they budged and gave the katha.
When i went to collect that guy told to get the dd worth 2000 whereas fees is 1500 which was paid already by uncle's friend.
i told it is already paid i wont give the DD .
I was totally ********** off with the way he responded.I wanted to give RTI or lokayutha a chance to fix him.
Its really frustrating.
I liked the RTO offices idea of taking envelop and they would post the document to our address.
This reduce the travel time.
