Is it possible to get a job done in government offices without paying bribe?
My father owns a land in korba, since 2006 i am trying to get it's registry done, but what is the result? No body is listening my request, why? because i don't want to pay even a single penny as bribe.
In India there are many things you can not get it done without paying bribe.
