Khata transfer harassment
As my grandmother passed away last year,my parents are going through the process of khata transfer.It has become a nightmare as everytime they go to the malleswaram BBMP, the officer incharge expects a bribe.My parents are adamant not to bribe him.My father is a heart patient & my mother is ill. They are aged. The officers ask them to produce one document after other & my parents religiously do it. The officer has the audaucity to provide his mobile no asks them to call him late in the evening(after office hours). This has become a nightmare.As we understand from the BBMP website,it should take a max of a month.We are in a fix as this process has been ongoing for many months now.
