Malpractices in railways on the name of second class sitting reservation
This is an incident i am reporting because this incident hurts that how the Govt. babu's are eating public money. I used to travel from Jammutavi express (from Jammu to Ajmer) from Gurgaon To Alwar. in this train there is facility of 2S (second class sitting). You can take prior reservation or if you take general ticket and board in the bogi (S1, S2, S3, S4) which are for 2S, you need to pay 15 rs. inside the train and take the recipt (as per Govt rule) but T.C. in the train used to take only 10 rs without recipt which will go into his pocket, not into the railway's account. BY this meaning he is earning approximatly 3000 Rs in a day. From 15 years he used to do the save and people also used to do this to save 5 Rs.\
We need to do someting about this malpractice because in that Govt. in their record is thisnking that there are very few people are traveling by this tarin in 2S but in reality the bogi the almost full like general bogi.
