Managed the entire process with No bribe
I did the complete process online. Perhaps called the revenue department's call center - they were very helpful and encouraged to go fully online. I didnt print the agreement online which was another feature but rest everything was online. Guys in the Nerul Sub Registrar office were looking up and down when I said I bought the appointment online. They still had to give me service. The registrar himself was then of assistance and the job was done on time.
