Minority certificate not issued for two years despite qualifying all criterion as bribe refused
I have been a victim of bribe demanded by Mr. Rafiq Ahmed, deputy commissioner, minority department, Udaipur. He demanded bribe to help Jain minority certificate Issuance which I refused as Mr. Saud Akhtar, commissioner, Minority department in Jaipur at that time was too honest and ready to issue the certificate post his survey report based on the successful completion of all the formalities. But Mr. Rafiq in Udaipur succeeded to complicate the issue and block the process despite receiving multiple reminders from Jaipur. Now, the department in Jaipur isn't cooperating and placing new hurdles after the transfer of Mr. Saud Akhtar.
