Dear Sir/Madam,
I needed a DOMICILE Certificate as i needed to submit it to an organisation.When is approached the SUB TAHSILDAR office in RAJAJINAGAR,Bangalore i was shocked to see many agents around coming to me and asking what needs to be done.He also asked me 1300/- to get the certificate done.I just want to know whether paying a agent to get the work done is also bribing or it shall be considered something else???
