My right to own the open plot.
We are staying at BHEL Mig-2 township at Hyderabad. The houses were allocated to the BHEL employees under housing scheme. And we were the lucky peoples to get one among that. It was declared that the open plots will NOT be sold to third person and under ********** it was mandatory to have some amount of space for greenary.
But, the land beside our house was ILLEGALLY purchased by one person who has got influence. And also, he has/had a relative in the office of the housing socity who was holding the position of a director(as per my knowledge), by which means he bought. If the land was really put for auction, we were supposed to be informed, but without informing us, the land was traded on cheap amount without the knowledge of the society.
We are really hurt and depressed because of the following reasons.
1. It was our right to own the plot (If we declined to own, the case was different)
2. We don't want to share our house number with them.
3. They are influential peoples and lack in morality and kindness.
