Mysore KA-55 Cashier extracting extra 10 rs.

I had been to Mysore - KA55 RTO for availing driving license. Today 19 April 2018 at around 11:45 am.

I noticed that the cashier was charging extra 10 rs for each challan he issues to customer.

I asked why extra charges and he said that it for stamp. I said please challan for the same and he started to argue.

There are about 200 to 500 applications recieved at Ka-55 RTO and if you calculate the cashier could make illegal money worth 30,000 per month.

Could you please take action.
