I have applied for renewal of my passport in Patna Office 15th September…
I have applied for renewal of my passport in Patna Office 15th September 2011. Have paid the fees, and through with police verification.I have attached my application for your reference and other communication as the trailing mail.
Been writing to New Delhi Office, through email and same has been reciprocated by the New Delhi office instructing Patna Office to release my Passport . Nothing moved. Recently i happened to be in Patna, and went personally to receive my passport.
No officer entertained instead, they routed me through the agents. The agent asked me to pay Rs 2500 to get my passport immediately. I am ready to pay but need a legal receipt of the same which they denied. Passport is an important document. Request you to kindly intervene.
I Tried reaching their office through phone but most of the time it is busy. Please help.
