Not paying bribe is 20times costly affair
I as a tenant cannot change the meter reading & owner donot want to pay or apply & i cannot leave the shop & it cost me 10,000 while a bribe of 500/- can do ,electric department charge monthly for useing electric in closed shop ( in paper of noida authority)
