This is what the crude reality is. While Police and Politicians play a very ugly role, what about parents? Who will expose them, encouraging such an act of their white collared Son openly taking my pictures and video, threatening to deface me, who keeps it in his mobile till he's caught red-handed by the same khaki that perhaps let him off earlier. But why just let off with a warning? Why an FIR wasn't ordered? And this khaki just retrieved one of the many pictures and/ videos this lecherous father-son-duo has been taking... would anyone guarantee me that other's will not be misused/ or haven't been already?
This is what I'm going through since I first reported an Illegal construction activity.
Make of it what you can, but I have no words to express my disgust at the society at large, who just bark their lungs out in contrast to reality as stark as this and no media is interested in my plight because I make no headlines, I've yet to be physically assaulted to make news or even catch an eye to know what I go through each day when I step out / at night when I'm petrified to death even as I sleep with my bedroom doors locked.
My last complaint that converted into a Defunct FIR No. 264 u/s 354 (C)/ 509/ 34 dated 24-08-2013 (I was told repeatedly by the IO that 354 (C) is non-bailable) till she took me to the Magistrate to record my statement in District Court Saket, a month after the FIR, on 28 September 2013 and there as if by chance she found out and appeared shocked at the changes, the fact that 354 (C) was amended way back in April 2013 to Bailable?
To the Police Department as Whole: Do you guys really think we citizens are that foolish as to not understand the difference between an Erroneous Oversight and deliberate?
And now even after 65 days hence, is still collecting dust at the Lajpat Nagar IO’s desk for want of her attention, that's taken in by "25-80 RAPE Cases to handle between three police stations" and since I'm luckily not one of them as yet, I'm told to understand the delay …..while the white collared lecher & his equally lecherous father is still out on the prowl, even as the RWA patriarchs up in arms against me for raising my voice?
Empty threats in order to intimidate a lone girl ... That's all! But must confess if someone does not know the law (unfortunately which most of us are not aware of), it becomes that much easier for this type of Goonda-Gardi to become successful!
And to top it the police takes advantage of the complainants ignorance.
We stink as a nation! Sick
