PATTA NAME TRANSFER ON FAMILY PARTITION LANDS
Sir, I have applied Patta name transfer on family partition of my ancesteral lands at ECR Thiruvidanthai. I have applied as per GO 210 through the VAO on 02/04/2012 with proper enclosers. After two months the surveyor came and done his work after getting Rs.15,000/-( Head Surveyor Rs.2000/-, LRD clerk Rs.1500/- Tashildar Rs.2500/- for chengalpatu Taluk office). At last the computer data entry staff makes intentional delay about 45 days, then I complained/approached Deputy Tashildar and Tashildar they just given me a reply that we will do it, but never done. After my letter complaint through phone from office DIGP, CRPF, the computer clerk at Tashildar office entered wrong survey number for my patta and despatched to me. Now almost seven months over, still I am not getting the correct patta. Again I applied now for correction of the same on 28/09/2012 through registered post, I am waiting for reply or correctness of the same. In this Chengalpattu Taluk office, day-light bribe is going on without fear. All staffs including the incharge/Tashildar involved in corruption. Wait and see what happend to me.
