I don't understand why the government officials in India don't understand…
I don't understand why the government officials in India don't understand the simple fact that the privileges that they enjoy when they are in service go away when they need them the most i.e., when they retire. If atleast 10% of the govt. officials in India understand this simple fact and give respect to the job that they do and think honestly and try to change the system, I think India can become a better place to live. But forget about honesty or anything else I feel they don't even have any self respect also. Because if they had any, they wouldn't be begging and bargaining with people for Rs100 after getting an hefty salary for "NOT" doing their job.
You might be thinking what is he writing "NOT doing their job"; yes I am right, not doing their job, the day anybody gets a govt. job in India they start feeling they have got license to loot the common man. They forget one thing, one day they would also become a common man. Throughout their service they only do the work for which they get bribed, they don't do any work for which they don't receive bribe though they receive their salary from the innocent tax payers every month without fail.
I am writing this because of my experience in the RTO office and police stations, I would share my complete experience once my ordeal in getting a duplicate RC is complete and I have a clear picture of the nastiness of our government system.
When the PM of a country himself is like that what can we expect from his ministers and officials. Nobody can save India and its taxpayers. Where are we heading to......
