Refused to pay bribe for marriage certificate
I went to municipality office with my wife with all the valid document & there I filled the form and deposited the fees but still the clerk said that document is not complete & indirectly asked for the bribe but I showed him all the rules written on the application form then only he agreed after a long discussion.so knowledge is power .They will try to make u fool..so please be aware.
