Refused to pay bribe - still haven't got khata
Bbmp office Mathikere, Bangalore - official Gowramma asked for money to process our Khatha application. Till date we have not paid and now they say file - application is rejected. Extremely corrupt officials in this office threatening public using Ministers names. Sorry state of affairs in our country.
