Relieving my vehicle from railway custody
A police man sits at New delhi railway station for verification when one wants to relieve ones vehicle from parcel office. He was least bothered who and what is being taken. He wanted some money but i cajolled him to avoid giving money. I think in India not a single thing can happen without warming the pockets of govt. employees
