RENEWAL OF DRIVING LICENCE
RECENTLY I RENEWED MY DRIVING LICENCE THROUGH DRIVING INSTITUTE AT THE RTO OFFICE KKNAGAR. PAID RS.2500/- AND GOT MY LICENCE RENEWED. AT THETIME OF TAKING PHOTOGRAPH THE AMOUNT WAS WRITTEN ON THE APPLICATION AS RS.1650/-. When enquired at the driving institute the informed the balance amount of Rs.850/- towards their service charges and bribe to rto officials.
This is the fate of RTO in India. No body can get the licence without giving bribe.
