RPF exposed 4 run fake Court @ stn
I, ********** ********* is more then 80% Disabled Active Activist wants to share following scam involved numbers of RPF personnel. RPF (Railway Protection Force) was running fake court at Kurla (Mumbai) Railway station during the year 2008-2009, 1st complaint dt,31-07-2008 was filed by one RPF constable Mr.Jogdankar about it, honest efforts were not made by RPF department instead accused ********** ********** RPF inspector (Now dismissed) him self submit inquiry report that complaint is false, RPF department tried to put Whistle blower Mr.Jogdankar as maximum as possible trouble. Jogdankar mat me in Feb 2010 at Seminar at CST, Mumbai, he informed about this, then after collect RTI replies, I wrote letter dt,08-11-2010 to Bombay High Court about this scam, court suo-motu decided to treat my letter as Criminal Public interest Litigation being No.29 of 2010, 1st Police conduct investigation, Police found that RPF created fake bail bonds & misappropriated its amount during the year 2008-2009, the court handed over investigation to CBI. CBI investigation reveal names of 27 RPF personnel for creation of fake bail bonds & misappropriated its bail amount at Kurla suburban station, Central Railway, Mumbai. CBI found original copies of charge sheets contain fake 35th Metropolitan magistrate stamp. CBI found from RPF office the copies of fake bail bonds & copies of same serial number original bail bonds with spelling mistake i.e. word “Purpose” with mis-spelt as “Puepose”. Recently CBI has filed application being No.295/N/2012, CBI V/s ********** **********, dismissed RPF inspector & others, before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Killa court, CST, to conduct scientific (Brain mapping) tests on 11 RPF accused persons out of 27.
