Rs. 5000/- in all SRO's for getting PATTA in your name
Hi,
We purchased a plot in the suburbs of Chennai duly registered. For safety, I wanted a PATTA(Document to authenticate the ownership) to be transfered to my name. For that I had to Pay Rs.5000/- and had to wait for more than a year to get the same. To safeguard our costly properties, we are forced to do such things. Here in TN, lot of land grabbing has happened in the last rule.
