Watchman U.P. Bhaiya fabricated agreements of about 15 to 20 properties. he also registers and forges the confirmation deed, he gives huge birbes of several lacs to ex collector of mumbai MSD who issues order to change the revenue records and convert to N.A. 10 days before he gets transferred the ex collector of MSD changes the names on property cards after office hours. Uner RTI we have found these documents and are totally shocked this could happen in mumbai. The BMC building Proposal Bandra issued IOD whent the matter is pending before the Honourable High Court.We had the hearing before the Hon.Revenue Minister and the orders are just being delayed. We have also lodged many FIRs against this watchman.but we cannot file against the ex collector since he is a government servant and above the law. for abatement of crime and criminal conspiracy
