Horrible, I went to apply for passport in Guwahati. I went direclty as agents were asking for around 9000/. Clerks made every attemts for me to get fed up and apply through agent. Guwahati was 18 hours journey from my home, by bus, on worsr road of India, I went there for 3 times, finally one madam heart melted, she did my job of accepting the form by taking Rs 800. She tool a bribe but I was so oblized with her..
