I don't even remember the name of the officer, because this is in 2013, i m going to make a license for me, so i m submit all details with full documents, the officers give me the trial license, then after a i m going again to get my permanent license, officers said the license is not come here, the should be posted you on your address, i come back to my home, but after 45 days my license is not come. so i m going to authority, the person said the license going to my home in 2-3 days, but i don't believe, because my trial license is also close to be finishing the trial period of 3 months, the person even not talk to m,e straightly, suddenly the one outsider said me, give me 200 rupee, or i will give you a license, because my license is in the table of some authorized person, i m not giving anything to anyone, and come back to home, i didn't need license like this, so i drive without license, i always pay as a challan for without license.
