Victimized by Human Rights violation
I live in an apartment on the 5th floor. Opposite me on the other side of road about 120 feet distant at an angle of 45 degrees from right to left on the 4th floor level is a North Indian whom is a total stranger who was seeing for the first time started invading my personal space by peeping in my room through all his windows. I past 45 years of age and live with my Dad aged 84 years and Mum in her 70's. I am a disabled person with a collapsed Hip for more than 15 years. I was free in the house and used to move in my briefs as it would be a relief from wearing my as outside as it would hurt my left hip. He called the cops and the cops think that they are the law themselves and they started instigating rowdies to beat me up and started damaging my name throughout the **********. Three days later I went to see my lawyer. He said that if I had done anything wrong they would've arrested me and put a big notice on my head. He said that it was my personal space that if I wanted to walk naked in the house I could. He said even girls were wearing tights and walking on the roads. He told me to talk to this guy and tell to stop interfering with me as it was my personal space. I haven't spoken to him till now because he would've attacked me and I would've been framed for assault. The cops would follow me at a discreet distance but will never come near. I tried to catch them many times but they ran away into all the lanes and disappeared. The cops hate my guts even though I am alone. I've passed on the message to this guy like: "You are not my mother or father, you have no connection with me, you are not my wife, you do not pay my water bill, electricity bill and you are not feeding me or clothing me". This message has also gone to the cops. They follow me wherever I go for instance to a shop and after I leave they tell the shopkeeper that I tease women and are after women whereas I have never anybody in my life. When the shopkeeper sees me again and if he had other customers he tells the customers about me. This is going on throughout the **********. I'm a very quiet guy and mind my own business. When I go anywhere I go straight finish whatever needs to be done and return home immediately. you'll never find me standing on the road and gossiping or involved in loose talk. Now everybody gossips about me. Even the people who in the apartment, even though they've known me for years. The worst cutthroats are the security in my apartment. The commissioner of Police thinks that he is the law and can get away with anything. This fellow has obviously been bribing the cops heavily.When I went for an interview in the month January in 2011 and after passing the interview they came and distroyed my chance of getting a job. I am now unemployed for the past 1.5 years. Whose going to pay me a compensation and whose going to give me back my lost time. My Mum and Dad are worried sick about me. Dad has had a catarac operation and has had stroke twice. Mum has had epilepsy since she was a girl and also had bronchitis. She take her medication and rotocaps for wheezing. All these deceases can recur due to stress. The cost of living has also gone up. How do I survive without a monthly income.
The cops have taken away my Democratic rights- Freedom of expression, freedom of speech. I cannot talk to anybody at all or they or the public will scare them away. Even my friends and relatives are distancing themselves from me. All my contacts with other people have been broken. Day in and day out people are mocking and teasing me. I'm a person who likes to travel abroad. What will I do when I go for a Visa and what will I do for a police verification at the time of renewal of my passport. All the police stations have written some unnecessary crap about me. The multinational company that I went to for the interview is the only company that does not have an age bar. Someone of influence has to go there and recommend me. I want all the daily report in all the police stations destroyed, I need that job, I need my name to be cleared from everywhere including the club that I go to for my daily work outs in the gym and pool. I also need my name cleared from the Church I go to as I am not yet married. I am not a criminal. I don't have the capacity to murder, rape or rob. I cannot rob even one Rupee. I have been crucified in public. It is all called rape, Character assassinaton, defamation of character. It is also called stealing as they stole away my livelihood, peace of mind, happiness and personal life as well. I need everything to be restored back to normal immediately.The commissioner has to be sacked from his post. You are my only hope. I beg you to help me as I'm in dire straits.
