Women ********** begging with different infants for 6 years in Tambaram (I think this is an infant kidnap network)

I used to take the bus at Tambaram, Chennai to go to my ********** form 2006 - 2010. I have regularly seen this women begging in the bus stand near the railway station (under the bridge) with an infant in her hand exactly around 8 am. Many a times I have given alms for her taking pity of the child in her hand. I haven't exactly noticed the face of the young child she was carrying. Recently I went back to my ********** to attend a week long seminar. I was shocked to see the same ********** came begging to me in the bus stand this time with a different infant in her hand. Hasn't the child grown from 2006 - 2012...? Or was the child her second one? Or is this a big network that kidnaps and/swaps infant children so they could use them to beg? Will the police take action?
