As I am residing in rental house for more than 4 years and the only proof which I have for present current address is Axis Credit bank card details as proof... Is this proof can be taken for New Passport.... I dont have any other details like Aadhaar card, Pan card, Licence with the current address.... can you please help me out how to get the new passport for address proof?
