As per resolution No-54080 dt-16th December 2008 under ORSP Rule 2008 point No-7, The date of next increment shall be 12 months after the sanction of last increment.But on pint No-11 says that Under ACP benefit the next increment will accrue one year after(From which date has not been mentioned)

The revised pay structure effected from dt 01.01.2006.
Suppose a govt employee is allowed his revised scale of pay and ACP benefit on-01.01.2006. at this stage what will be the date of next increment
