Asking for bribe to return my Mobile

Hi,
I was planing to travel to Shujalpur via train. A person steal my mobile on platform when i was tring to enter into the train.After 5 mnt I though to make a call and got to know that my mobile is missing from my bag. I borrow a mobile from another pessanger and called on my mobile.Opposite side it was picked up by GRP police I said him him that this is my mobile they ask me to come to Police Statation to get the mobile. I reached to policy station and said they caught a person stolling a perse and with same person they collect my mobile as well. I said thanks please revert my mobile.
Police man said that please log a report against this person so that we can punish him and then you will get your mobile I did that same (with this process I missed my train).
As i done policy amn said to me thet this will go to court and you have to collect your mobile from there.
its 5 day passed I am following these people from Court to policy station and now they are asking for 500rs bribe
Please suggest me what I can do in such situation.

In order to reclaim stolen mobile phone/laptop, filing of FIR is mandatory. After that, police can, after obtaining court's permission, hand over stolen goods to owner who has to prove ownership of stolen articles and upon furnishing an undertaking that he will produce the same before the court as and when directed to do so.
