BBMP Requesting me to pay a bribe of INR 10,000 to get a Khata certificate transferred
My Khata certificate is ready but they are refusing it to give it to us and have requested us to pay a bribe of 10,000 Rs.
I will not a pay a penny more than what i am required to according to the law.
Please tell me how do i get my Khata without paying the bribe?
