Bribe for NOC (two wheeler)
I want to send my bike in dehradun. i have prepared NOC paper. When i went to police station at telco jamshedpur for signature on NOC paper, he (subedar) told me that you would come when i would call you. today he called me. when i met him, he was directly demanding 2500 rs for signature. icould not understand what shuld i do? i told him thhat i have only 200 rs. he took that money and paper and told when u will give remaing 1300 rs than i will sing on NOC paper. please help me how can i get my NOC paper with signature. I don't want to any bribe. i have all paper & bike in jamshedpur. please help
