Bribe Paid for releasing refund
My IT return for the year 2010-11 was pending for more than a year with IT Department. After all formalities were completed, they did not release the cheque. IT Department openly asked for bribe. I had to pay a bribe of Rs 5000, in order to get my cheque.
Plz advice I want to lodge a complaint against this, and teach them a lesson.
