Dear sir,
I have purchased 15 guntas out of 39 guntas of converted land for industrial purpose in Tumkur city limits. The original owner was having pahani before conversion and after conversion he has not got the khata in municipality in his name. Now he has sold the property to me and I have to get the khata in my name. Is it necessary to obtain NOC from Tumkur Urban Development Authority (TUDA).Tuda has declared this area as commercial in its city development plan.
How I should proceed to get the khata in my name.
