Dear Sir,

I purchased a PCB board for USD 180 on ebay. Currently, it is detained with airport customs for which they are arbitrarily asking 40% duty Rs. 5000 penalty or Rs. 3000 bribe. I don't want to pay any bribe. What is the exact amount of duty I'm liable to? What can I do if the officer levys the wrong duty.
