Dear Sir,
What should I do to get back the amount of two nos. of Transactions failed ? Details are as mentioned below:-

01. 100000598614274 08-09-2016. 1137.84. Failed
02. 100000598419781 08-09-2016. 1137.84. Failed
As the amount of above mentioned failed transactions is not yet refunded and credited in my Bank' s account even after a week's time I request you to please extend your support and guidance in the matter and help me to get my money back.
