Farmers of Punjab, UP and Haryana had started burning the residuals
Farmers of Punjab, UP and Haryana had started burning the residuals of crops like last year. This creates huge pollution resulting in polluted air in Delhi we breathe. Same kind of very bad situation was created last year resulted in darkness even in day time for continuous 4-5 days.
This burning of crop yields nitrogen, phasphorus and other poison gases. There are laws in place for not allowing farmers to do so in Punjab, UP and Haryana states but state gov are not enforcing these laws for their political gains.
this is very dangerous and a clear cut violation of my right to life constitutional right. I want to fil a PIL in Delhi high court for this. Please help me.
